We have implemented some fixes and are monitoring the results.
We are currently investigating an SSL certificate problem on certain API routes. This could be causing intermittent errors on dashboard and certain user flow screens.
This certificate is managed by a third party proxy layer and we are working with them to diagnose the issue as soon as possible.
This issue has been fully resolved as of 8:14am.
We have deployed a fix for this issue and service appears to be partially restored.
API is inaccessible from some regions. We are working quickly towards a diagnosis and a fix for this issue.
API cannot be accessed at the moment. This incident was created by an automated monitoring service and will be triaged by Sora's response team.
